MBA 209 Production and Operations Analysis

Course Description:
Course studies fundamental concepts, methodologies, operational systems and tools required to analyze and solve problems related to operations managers. Topics include facility design, inventory management, quality control, scheduling and work design.

Prerequisite: ECON 204, MBA 201, MBA 206
