Project Management Professional (PMP) Exam Preparation
Course Description:
This course prepares you to take the Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) examination. Instruction centers on the five project management process groups, the nine project management knowledge areas and professional responsibility domain that together comprise the generally accepted principles of project management. Following the class, students should plan to study an additional 30 to 80 hours before taking the exam, depending on their experience and testing ability. Class materials include 240 sample questions, but students are urged to obtain an additional 200-500 sample questions as part of their examination preparation.Students are responsible for scheduling and taking the PMP examination at a testing center in their area.
