Personal Leadership
Course Description:
Develops awareness of personal biases and assumptions, and describes how to turn personal barriers into opportunities. This course shows participants how to interpret various communication styles and how to utilize the knowledge of these styles advantageously for both business and IT relationships. Additionally, participants learn how to take calculated risks to optimize business value.
