Innovative Analysis and Change
Course Description:
Introduces ideas to generate individual and collaborative creative thinking, employ critical thinking to overcome group mindsets, and master the process of change through individual and group adoption. Participants learn creative strategies to generate innovative options, to overcome static processes through logical arguments, and use individual and organizational cooperation to guide the change process toward the ultimate goal.
