Role of the SupervisorCourse Description:
This introductory course will explore the role of a supervisor in a government agency. The DiSCŪ assessment will be administered and used as the framework for understanding behavior styles. Topics covered in this course include: transitioning into the role of a supervisor; adapting to the many hats worn by the supervisor; understanding and managing oneself and others in a changing organization; applying Emotional Intelligence in decision making; and learning how to manage stress.
