The Business Analyst Certificate Program was developed in partnership with SMUD (Sacramento Municipal Utility District) to improve the delivery of information technology solutions through effective partnering with customers and by the use of an analytical approach to business and system modeling.

The Business Analyst certificate program is designed for business analysts, business systems analysts, software system architects, product marketers, product managers, quality assurance analysts, programmer analysts, and other professionals who are working on or leading process improvement efforts with a focus on a technology solution.
Program Structure
The Business Analyst Certificate Program consists of six courses totaling 45 hours of instruction required for certificate completion.
