Performance Management IICourse Description:
This course continues the discussion on the last two sections of the Performance Management System: Performance Issues and Performance Appraisals, including ways to manage performance issues through preventive, corrective, and adverse actions. This class will study different ways of handling formal and informal performance appraisals, as well as how to write a performance appraisal that conforms to State standards.
