Training and Development Action PlanCourse Description:This course will examine: employees’ learning methods; analyzing the department’s or agency’s training needs; ways to create a culture that supports continued improvement; and means to work with employees and develop their abilities. Participants will take an interactive approach by creating an action plan that can be taken back to the workplace. Exercises offer an opportunity for participants to brainstorm ideas, create a step-by-step plan, and receive feedback from classmates and the instructor. Prerequisite: |
