Training and Development Action PlanCourse Description:
This course will examine: employees’ learning methods; analyzing the department’s or agency’s training needs; ways to create a culture that supports continued improvement; and means to work with employees and develop their abilities. Participants will take an interactive approach by creating an action plan that can be taken back to the workplace. Exercises offer an opportunity for participants to brainstorm ideas, create a step-by-step plan, and receive feedback from classmates and the instructor.

|Instructor:||Jon Wilhite has over 14 years of training and development experience. He began his career with Walt Disney Company as a field trainer for The Disney Stores and then spent several years in the banking industry as a training facilitator and course designer. He developed training programs for call centers at First Nationwide Bank and Westamerica Bank. He is currently the training manager for Thunder Valley Casino, specializing in leadership and relationship breakthrough development training programs.|
