Executive Excellence: The Sustainable Organization

Course Description:
Leading a sustainable organization or an organization into sustainability is not an event, or slogan, or destination, but a journey. This workshop focuses on performance indicators; financial justification models; and the change management practices for a new sustainability strategy or improving an existing green strategy.
