Program Structure The Supervisory Development Certificate Program consists of 10 seven-hour core courses totaling 70 hours of instruction. Related Programs and Courses Human Resource Management Certificate Program, State Supervisory Training, Sexual Harassment Prevention Course. Sacrament State Alumni Current Sacramento State Alumni members and Professional Association members are entitled to a 15% discount for courses in the Supervisory Development Certificate Program.
