Redding • April 23-24, 2008
Red Lion Hotel & Inns 1830 Hilltop Drive • Redding, CA 96002 (530) 221-8700 Registration Fee: $80 The training registration fee includes a light healthy continental breakfast, lunch, and all training materials for one person. A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Red Lion Hotel & Inns (under Perinatal Services Coordinators Training) at the state government rate of $84 (per night). Hotel reservations should be made no later than April 8, 2008 by calling the hotel directly. Hotel parking is complimentary. San Diego • April 29-30, 2008
Crowne Plaza San Diego 2270 Hotel Circle North • San Diego, CA 92108 (619) 297-1101 Registration Fee: $80 The training registration fee includes a light healthy continental breakfast, lunch, and all training materials for one person. A small block of rooms has been reserved at the Crowne Plaza San Diego (under Perinatal Services Coordinators Training) at the state government rate of $110 (per night). Hotel reservations should be made no later than April 7, 2008 by calling the hotel directly. Hotel parking is $10 for overnight guests and $2 per hour (maximum of $12 per day) for daily parking. Carmel • May 1-2, 2008

CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS

Pending Approval, BRN’s, LCSW/MFT and CHES units will be provided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received in writing by the registration cut-off date, are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions will be accepted; refunds will not be provided. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.
