Registration Fees

The AERC/WRRCEA conference will be held on June 4-6, 2010. The registration fee includes entrance into all opening and closing sessions, concurrent breakouts, conference materials, daily breaks, continental breakfasts on June 4-6 and a business lunch on June 5, 2010.

 

Participants and/or speakers may register for $275 if registering on or before May 3, 2010. After May 3, 2010, the participant and/or speaker registration fee increases to $325.

 

Students may register for $95 if registering on or before May 3, 2010. After May 3, 2010, the student registration fee increases to $115.

 

All conference participants are encouraged to attend the evening reception on Friday, June 4, 2010. To assist with planning, please indicate your intended participation when completing the Attendee Registration Form.

 

Exhibitor Opportunities

Space is limited – to ensure participation, please register today!

 

Exhibitor registration is $400 for non-profit exhibitors and $700 for commercial exhibitors. The fee includes admittance of one person to staff your exhibit, display table, chair, identification sign, and company listing in the program booklet and conference website. Additional exhibitors must register as attendees.

 

Parking on Campus

Parking passes may be pre-purchased at the time of registration or while on campus from a parking kiosk. Participants who pre-pay for parking will be provided their parking pass at the time of check-in at the conference. To pre-pay for parking, please select the appropriate parking options on the Attendee Registration Form.

 

Dorm Lodging

A block of rooms has been secured in the dorms at California State University, Sacramento. There are three types of apartment-style suites available: studio suites (single-occupancy room), two-bedroom suites (two double-occupancy rooms), and five-bedroom suites (single-occupancy rooms). Reservations are available for Wednesday, June 2 through Saturday, June 5, 2010.

 

Lodging reservations must be made at the time of registration. Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a “Lodging Reservation Confirmation” letter from the conference planner. Rooms are available on a first-come, first served basis. Lodging reservation confirmations will be sent out within 2-weeks of submitting your online request.

 

The American River Courtyard studio suite (one-bedroom/one-bathroom) is an apartment-style suite and has a kitchenette that includes a full-size refrigerator and microwave (no stove/oven). Each studio suite comes equipped with linens, one pillow, one pillowcase, one blanket, two sheets, two towels, one washcloth, and one small soap. The studio suite is available for $44.35 per night (inclusive of tax). A studio suite sleeps one person, maximum.

 

The American River Courtyard two-bedroom suite is an apartment-style suite and offers two double occupancy bedrooms with a total of four beds (two beds per room), two bathrooms (one bathroom per room). The two-bedroom suite includes a common living area, full size refrigerator and microwave (no stove/oven), and comes equipped with linens, one pillow, one pillowcase, one blanket, two sheets, two towels, one washcloth, and one small soap, per reserved bed. The two-bedroom suite is available for $25.63 per person, per night (inclusive of tax). A two-bedroom double-occupancy suite sleeps four people, maximum. Please indicate your roommate preference when completing the Attendee Registration form.

 

The American River Courtyard five-bedroom suite is an apartment-style suite and offers five single-occupancy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The five-bedroom suite includes a common living area, full size refrigerator and microwave (no stove/oven), and comes equipped with linens, one pillowcase, one blanket, two sheets, two towels, one washcloth, and one small soap, per reserved bed. The five-bedroom suite is available for $34.85 per person/per night (inclusive of tax). A five-bedroom suite sleeps five people, maximum.

Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel

A room block has been secured for the nights of June 2 through June 5, 2010 at the Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel in Sacramento. Group rates are $79 for single occupancy studio suites, plus applicable tax and tourism fees. To make a reservation, call the Larkspur Landing at 916-646-1212. Please indicate that you are attending the AERC/ WRRCEA conference to receive the negotiated rate. The room reservation cut-off date is May 3, 2010. Negotiated rates will be available until the room block sells out, or until the reservation cut-off date (whichever comes first).

 

The Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel is located approximately 1.5 miles (4 minutes) from Sacramento State University, California.

 

Parking at the Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel is complimentary.

 

Transportation

The Sacramento International Airport is located 19 miles (approximately 21 minutes) from the Larkspur Landing Home Suite Hotel. Super Shuttle is the main source of transportation from the Sacramento International Airport to the Larkspur Hotel. The cost of shuttle service is approximately $22 per person, each way. Super Shuttle is located outside of the terminal with departures on the half hour, available 24 hours a day. For reservations, call 800-BLUE-VAN (800-258-3826).

 

Taxi service is available for transportation from the Sacramento International Airport to the Larkspur Landing Hotel. Taxis are located outside of the airport terminals.
