Conference Call Schedule

 

Two statewide toll-free conference calls are scheduled for October 29, 2009. One will be held in the morning from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and the other one will be held in the afternoon from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m.

 

If you would like to participate in one of these statewide conference calls, complete and submit the registration form found on this website. The call in number is (800) 230-1092. Note: Please plan to call 5 minutes prior to scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for checking in with the call operator.

 

Please be sure to print a copy of the Schematic of CTBI Service System and the TBI Stakeholder Powerpoint Presentation, so you can easily access both items during the call.
