The California Department of Mental Health (DMH) is pleased to provide four regional Mental Health Services Act (MHSA); “Capital Facilities and Technological Needs Component trainings”. The purpose of these trainings is to provide guidance and resource information to counties in the development of the MHSA Capital Facilities and Technological Needs Component of the Three-Year Program and Expenditure Plan. The trainings will cover instructions and best practices for completing the following enclosures:
- Capital Facilities and Technological Needs Component Proposal (Enclosure 1)
- Capital Facilities Project Proposal (Enclosure 2)
- Technological Needs Project Proposal including: Technological Needs Assessment and Road map (Enclosure 3)
If you are not able to attend the regional training closest to you, you can select one of the other regional trainings that best meets your schedule.
