Registration is complimentary.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing via email (to cortezl@csus.edu) or fax to (916) 278-4865 prior to the training. Substitutions are always welcome.

 

Additional Information

Please bring your cell phone with you, as you will need it for the CAHAN training component of the workshop. Please also bring with you your CAHAN User ID and Password. These will be emailed to you by your Local Health Alert Network Coordinator prior to training.
