You are cordially invited to join us for a California Health Alert Network (CAHAN) breakout session during the Disaster Planning for the California Hospital Association Conference
All California hospitals are invited to participate in CAHAN, the official public health emergency alerting system. The CAHAN Team will provide an overview of how hospitals can use CAHAN internally to plan and prepare for emergencies, drills, and exercises, send alerts, post emergency plans, call-down contact lists, or other planning documents. This statewide system is available for hospitals as part of the Hospital Preparedness Program.
The CAHAN Team at the California Department of Public Health looks forward to working with you and is available to provide training to add your hospital to CAHAN.
