    The brochure provides an overview of CAHAN, description of CAHAN’s functionality, benefits of participation, types of alerts sent, and how to receive more information.
     
  • Access Card (PDF)
    The wallet-size card can be used to record and store your personal CAHAN information for easy access to the system and retrieval of alerts. These include your user ID, password, Call In Account Number, and Alerting Security Code. Be sure to keep this information secure and in a safe place.
     
  • Pocket Guide (PDF)
    The pocket-size guide provides easy access to directions on how to update your CAHAN profile, alerting profile, confirm alerts, and contact the CAHAN Team for assistance. Important and secure CAHAN information can also be recorded here.

    The FAQs provide information about CAHAN, CAHAN participation, training and enrollment, and other common questions regarding the system.

    You can request a postage paid enrollment card be sent to you by emailing hanhelp@ph.lacounty.gov or you can print this document, fill out your information, and enclose in an envelope addressed to:
