A limited number of rooms have been reserved at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West hotel at the group rate of $84 for single/double occupancy. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. To receive the discounted room rate, please mention that you are attending the VAW and TDV Forum. The special Forum rate is based on availability and for reservations made by July 2, 2010. All hotel reservations can be made directly with the hotel (916) 922-4700 or (800) 344-4321.

The Hilton Sacramento Arden West offers complimentary parking for all guests.

Registration Information:

Registration to attend the Forum is complimentary. Space is limited; registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration deadline is July 1, 2010.

Scholarship Assistance:

A limited number of travel assistance scholarships are available to help with travel and lodging expenses. In addition, scholarships are limited to one per organization. If you would like to apply for a scholarship, please check the box on the registration form. You will be notified if your request for a scholarship has been approved or denied within one week of your registration.

Deadline for Scholarships is July 1, 2010.
