You Are Invited!

 

The California State Foster Parent Association (CSFPA) along with the California Department of Social Services, Foster Care Support Services Bureau invites you to attend the 31st Annual Training Conference. This year’s theme is “To the World You Are One, But To One You Are the World.” The Training Conference is scheduled to be held October 18 – October 21, 2007, at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West.

 

Assembly Majority Floor Leader Karen Bass is invited to be our keynote luncheon speaker on Friday, October 19th. She is the Assembly Representative for California’s 47th District and Chair of the Assembly Select Committee on Foster Care. In addition, Dr. Jamillah Moore, President of Los Angeles City College, has been invited to deliver the inspirational keynote speech on Sunday morning.

 

This year’s conference will also offer a variety of educational workshops and opportunities for participants to learn from one another, get better acquainted with their peers, and get rejuvenated to face the coming year’s challenges.
