The registration fee is $95/person. This fee includes continental breakfast, lunch and all conference materials. To register for this conference, submit the registration form found on this website. Exhibits

If you wish to have a table for exhibiting material, check the appropriate box on the registration form. Table top space is available on a first come, first serve basis. All confirmed exhibitors will be contacted with additional logistical details.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing by January 8, 2007 and are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions are allowed but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.
