Summit Registration includes two continental breakfasts, one lunch, Summit materials, and access to all meetings and workshops.
Exhibitor registration includes the admittance of one person to staff your exhibit, name tag, one 6’ table and chair, signage, Summit materials, and all meals served at the Summit for the one person staffing your exhibit. Additional exhibit staff must register at the above stated price per person. Electrical and/or Internet access must be requested in advance and noted on the registration form. On-site electrical and/or Internet access requests will not be provided.
The Exhibit Area will be open:

| Thursday, September 6, from 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m. |
| Friday, September 7, from 8:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. |
Exhibitors should plan to set-up between 8:00 a.m. and
10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, September 5. All exhibits should be ready for viewing by 10:00 a.m.
All exhibits, displays, and materials must be removed from the Exhibit Area by 12:30 p.m. on Friday, September 7, or they will be subject to LOSS.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing by August 12, 2007 are subject to a $25 fee. After August 12, substitutions are allowed, but no refunds will be provided. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.

The special Summit rate is $110 for single or double occupancy, plus tax and surcharges. This rate is available until August 12, 2007. When calling the hotel, mention that you are participating in the 2007 Refugee Summit to receive the special rate. You may also register online using the group code: refrefa at www.marriott.com.
Please note: The hotel is centrally located and surrounded by shopping centers, restaurants and local transit; a pair of good walking shoes can get you where you want to go. It is 7 miles South of the Long Beach Airport, 26 miles Southeast of the Los Angeles International Airport and 28 miles Northwest of the Orange County Airport.

Parking at the hotel is available at a discounted rate of
$10/day for both daily and overnight guests.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
The local public transportation in Long Beach is known as “The Passport”. The Passport is available to all visitors in the Long Beach area. For a minimal cost, visitors can enjoy many of the best sites Long Beach has to offer.
SHUTTLE TRANSPORTATION
Airport shuttle reservations should be made with

www.supershuttle.com. The cost from the Long Beach Airport is $17 one way. The cost from the Los Angeles International Airport is $17 one way. The cost from the Orange County Airport is $35 one way.
LONG BEACH ATTIRE AND WEATHER
We encourage you to wear your native costumes with pride. Business casual will be appropriate for the Summit. Keep in mind that the average Long Beach temperature in September is 74º.
