Special Announcement: The cut-off date for booking a room under the contracted room block has expired. In order to make lodging arrangements at the Bahia Hotel, email Melissa Hoover-Hartwick at mhoover@ciwmb.ca.gov . Please include the following information in your email: Check-in/out dates; type of room requested (single occupancy, double occupancy, etc.); special accommodations (handicap room, smoking/non-smoking, etc. Melissa Hoover-Hartwick will make your hotel reservation and contact you with instructions for providing the hotel with your payment information. Reservations will be processed through Melissa Hoover-Hartwick until our room block has sold out. At that time, group rate reservations will no longer be available and guests wishing to stay at the Bahia Hotel will be required to make reservations directly with the Bahia at the hotels listed rack rate.
