Payment
Full payment must accompany all registration or be paid on-site prior to admittance into the training.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by February 12, 2007 are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions will be allowed but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee. To cancel your reservation, please mail your request to CSUS CCE Conference & Training Services (see Participant Registration form). To make substitutions, call

Training Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be mailed to all registrants who have submitted a completed registration form and payment by February 12, 2007. The letter will include directions and a map to the hotel. Individuals who register after February 12, 2007 may not receive directions/confirmation in time, so please register early!

Lodging/Airline Assistance
If you require lodging and/or airline assistance to participate in the CIWMB Training, please indicate your travel preference, by checking the appropriate box under the Lodging and Airline Assistance heading on the Participant Registration form. California State University Sacramento (CSUS) will cover lodging and travel arrangements and email confirmation numbers and itineraries directly to those attendees who request travel assistance. In order for CSUS to make travel arrangements, registration forms indicating lodging and airline assistance must be received by February 5, 2007. After that date, all travel arrangements must be made by the attendee and reimbursed through CSUS after the Training. Reimbursement is based on the approved state rate reimbursable guidelines.
Hotel Parking
Self parking at the Hyatt Valencia is complementary. Overnight valet parking is available for $12 per night. Daily valet parking is available for $7 per day and discounted daily valley parking is available for $3 per day with Vines restaurant validation.
Airport Transportation
The Hyatt Valencia highly recommends the following companies for your transportation needs:
Super Shuttle (800) 224-7767 can accommodate your guests by setting up a group rate and schedule or they can have each individual call in on their own. The costs are as follows:
- Burbank Airport: (Approx. 25 miles from hotel)
- $20.00 for the 1st person and $18.00 for each passenger (with Group reservations).
- $30.00 per person (without Group reservations).
- Group of up to 7 people in each van are $78.00 per van ($11.14 per person).
- LAX Airport: (Approx. 45 miles from hotel)
- $38.00 for the 1st person and $18.00 for passenger after that (with Group reservations).
- $40.00 per person (without Group reservations).
- Group of up to 7 people in each van are $98.00 per van ($14.00 per person).
Taxi Service
Taxi service is offered through Yellow Cab (661) 260-2227. Rates vary depending upon your pickup and drop off locations.
