Registration Information

Payment
Full payment of $125 must accompany your registration or be paid on-site prior to admittance into the training.
Registration Fee:

The $125 registration fee covers the hotel meeting room costs and materials for the two-day training workshop, Thursday night lodging, lunch both days, Networking Reception on Thursday, and the continental breakfast on Friday.
Hotel Reservations:
- Complete the Accommodation/Lodging portion of the on-line registration form, and enter specific check-in/check-out dates.
- CSUS will make your room reservations per the dates you provide. (For example - if you indicate February 20th as check-in date; and February 22nd as check-out, CSUS will reserve a room at Mission Inn for Wednesday and Thursday nights).

Mileage, rental car, or the airport shuttle. If you drive your private vehicle please read the travel guideline policy related to mileage vs. airfare. Zone Administrators are encouraged to send travel and registration information by the due dates so you can minimize reimbursement paperwork.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by February 8, 2008 are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions will be allowed but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee. To cancel your reservation, please mail your request to CSUS CCE Conference & Training Services (see Participant Registration form). To make substitutions, call (800) 858-7743.
“Zone Works” Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be e-mailed to all registrants who have submitted a completed registration form and payment by February 8, 2008. The letter will include directions and a map to the hotel. Individuals, who register after February 8, 2008 may not receive directions/confirmation in time, so please register early!

Lodging/Airline Assistance
If you require lodging and/or airline assistance to participate in the CIWMB Workshop, please complete the Travel/Lodging portion of the registration form. California State University Sacramento (CSUS) will cover lodging and travel arrangements. An e-mail confirmation with itinerary will be sent to you. In order for CSUS to make travel arrangements, registration forms indicating lodging and travel assistance must be received by February 8, 2008.
Lodging/Per Diem:
- For those Zone Administrators who plan on arriving at the hotel on Wednesday, you are responsible to pay for your lodging, dinner, and any other costs associated with your stay for that night. You are to pay the hotel directly. The hotel will be informed that the CSUS Master Bill will only cover lodging for Thursday.
- For all other attendees CSUS will make your lodging arrangements however you will be responsible for paying for your own room upon checkout from the hotel.
Please note: After that date, all travel arrangements must be made by the attendee and reimbursed through CSUS after the Workshop. Reimbursement is based on the approved state rate reimbursable guidelines (click here to view the travel guidelines).
Hotel Parking
Overnight guest parking is available for $8.00 per night.
Airport Transportation
The Mission Inn offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Ontario International Airport. Advanced reservations are required a minimum of 24-hours in advance prior to arrival. Shuttle reservations may be made on an individual or group basis by contacting the Hotel’s Guest Services Desk at (951) 784-0300, ext. 5036.
