Training and Conference Fees
Training (Monday, November 2, 2009)
Registration for the Training includes regular meals served during the meeting and all materials for the Training.

Exhibit space is limited and will not be reserved and/ or set for unpaid exhibitors. Exhibitor registration includes a 6’ skirted display table, one chair, ID sign, and all meals associated with the conference. Space is limited! To ensure participation, registration by October 12, 2009 is strongly encouraged.

Note: Exhibitor registrations cannot be shared. Each exhibitor attending the conference must register and pay either the Main Exhibitor fee or Additional Staff fee, as indicated above.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by October 12, 2009 are subject to a $25 processing fee. After that date, substitutions are allowed, but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee. To cancel your registration, please mail your request to CSUS/CCE Conference & Training Services (see Participant Registration form). To make substitutions, please call (800) 858-7743.
Event Location and Reservations
Hyatt Regency Sacramento Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference participants. To receive the discounted room rate of $84 single/double occupancy (plus tax), reservations must be made by October 12, 2009. After that date, overnight accommodations are based on availability at the prevailing hotel rate. Please make your reservations early; once our room block sells out, the rate for securing lodging at the hotel will be significantly increased. Reservations can be made by contacting Hyatt reservations at (800) 233-1234. Please mention that you are attending the CIWMB 2009 Used Oil/HHW Conference.
The Hyatt Regency hotel check-in time is 3:00 pm, and check-out is 12:00 pm. Late check-out is based on availability and is subject to the hotels business needs. Guests staying in their rooms beyond the check-out time (without hotel authorization) will be charged for an additional room night.
Transportation
Super Shuttle is the main source of transportation from the Sacramento International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Sacramento Hotel. The cost of shuttle service is $14 per person, each way. Super Shuttle is located outside of the terminal with departures on the half hour, available 24 hours a day. For reservations, call 800-BLUE-VAN (800-258-3826). Rates are subject to change without notification; please verify shuttle service prices before departure.
Taxi service is available for transportation from the Sacramento International Airport to the Hyatt Regency Sacramento Hotel for approximately $30-35 each way. Taxis are located outside of the terminals.
Towne Car/Limo service is available by calling the Hyatt Regency Sacramento Hotel’s concierge at 916- 443-1234.
Parking
The hotel is offering a discounted parking rate of $17 (self-parking) and $25 (valet-parking) per day for overnight guests. Day use parking is $12 (self-parking) and $20 (valet-parking) per day. In and out privileges are available to guests who bill their parking charges to their hotel room. These rates are subject to change as the hotel does not own the parking garage. Rates are subject to change without notification.
