Complete Session Presentations

 

On-line submission of abstracts is preferred ; however, abstracts may also be submitted through the U.S. mail using this form. Please note that all abstracts must be submitted by close of business on April 15, 2010.

 

Complete Concurrent Session

You may submit an abstract on behalf of a group of presenters for a complete concurrent session on a particular topic. The length of a complete session is 105 minutes and participation is limited to a moderator and a maximum of five presenters. Please note that the Concurrent Sessions Committee will approve a limited number of complete session proposals.

 

Timeline for Review of Abstracts

The Concurrent Sessions Committee will review all abstracts for individual presentations, complete sessions, and poster presentations. E-mail notification of acceptance will be sent in mid-June 2010.

 

Note on Conference Expenses

All expenses for preparation and delivery of presentations are the responsibility of the authors, including abstract submission, travel, lodging, registration fees, and any meals not included in the registration fee. All session chairs and presenters are required to pay conference registration fees and any other costs associated with attending the conference.
