Individual Presentations

 

On-line submission of abstracts is preferred ; however, abstracts may also be submitted through the U.S. mail using this form. Please note that all abstracts must be submitted by close of business on April 15, 2010.

 

Individual Presentation

You may submit an abstract for a 15-minute presentation. The Concurrent Sessions Committee will combine multiple individual presentations within a specific topic to form a concurrent session. Each concurrent session will be allotted 105 minutes for all presentations. Individual presentations are limited to one lead author; however, a maximum of three co-authors will be recognized in the printed book of abstracts. The Concurrent Sessions Committee anticipates that most abstracts will be submitted as individual presentations.

 

Timeline for Review of Abstracts

The Concurrent Sessions Committee will review all abstracts for individual presentations, complete sessions, and poster presentations. E-mail notification of acceptance will be sent in mid-June 2010.

 

Note on Conference Expenses

All expenses for preparation and delivery of presentations are the responsibility of the authors, including abstract submission, travel, lodging, registration fees, and any meals not included in the registration fee. All session chairs and presenters are required to pay conference registration fees and any other costs associated with attending the conference.
