Poster Presentations

 

On-line submission of abstracts is preferred ; however, abstracts may also be submitted through the U.S. mail using this form. Please note that all abstracts must be submitted by close of business on April 15, 2010.

 

Poster Presentation

This type of presentation is intended for individuals who prefer to present their information in poster format. Posters will be displayed during a Reception and Poster Session on the evening of Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Poster presenters will be provided with a 4’x8’ free-standing display board on which to affix their presentation. Participation in a poster presentation is limited to one lead poster presenter with recognition of a maximum of three co-authors on the poster.

 

Timeline for Review of Abstracts

The Concurrent Sessions Committee will review all abstracts for individual presentations, complete sessions, and poster presentations. E-mail notification of acceptance will be sent in mid-June 2010.

 

Note on Conference Expenses

All expenses for preparation and delivery of presentations are the responsibility of the authors, including abstract submission, travel, lodging, registration fees, and any meals not included in the registration fee. All session chairs and presenters are required to pay conference registration fees and any other costs associated with attending the conference.
