Low registration fees are made possible by the generous contributions of our sponsors.  There are two ways to register for the CWO ’10 conference.

 

All Inclusive Registration

 

The All Inclusive Registration includes:

• All conference materials, access to all concurrent sessions, the exhibit hall and poster session.
• All conference refreshment breaks, plenary luncheon meals, welcome reception, poster reception, and offsite reception and dinner.

 

 

Basic Registration

The Basic Registration includes:

• All conference materials, access to all concurrent sessions, the exhibit hall and poster session.
• All conference refreshment breaks, welcome reception and poster reception.  Note: plenary luncheon meals and offsite reception and dinner are not included.

 

The Basic Registration does not include:

• Luncheons meals and offsite reception and dinner (See Basic Registration Options).

 

 

All Inclusive Registration Fee

•	$325	All Inclusive Early Registration Fee (for registrations received on or before August 23, 2010)
•	$375	All Inclusive Late Registration Fee (for registrations received after August 23, 2010)

 

Basic Registration Fee

•	$150	Basic Early Registration Fee (for registrations received on or before August 23, 2010)
•	$200	Basic Late Registration Fee (for registrations received after August 23, 2010)

 

Basic Registration Options

Basic Registration Options include activities that are happening throughout the course of the conference but are not included in the Basic Registration. You may register for the options listed below when completing the Participant Registration form.

	$0	Plenary Speaker Session Only (does not include meal)
		Day 2: Thursday, September 9, 2010
	$40	Luncheon and Plenary Speaker Session

		Day 3: Friday, September 10, 2010
	$40	Luncheon and Plenary Speaker Session
	$0	Plenary Speaker Session Only (does not include meal)
		Day 2: Thursday, September 9, 2010
	$75	One Market Plaza Offsite Reception and Dinner (To ensure participation for this event, register today – historically it sells out quickly!)
