Conference Location:
The Annual Meeting will be held at the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade, 100 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA 95814. The Embassy Suites is adjacent to Old Town Sacramento, and overlooks the Sacramento River!

 

Registration:
To register for the 2009 Annual Meeting and Training Institute, click here. You may also register by calling the registration hotline at (916) 278-4433 or (800) 858-7743; or by completing the printable version of the registration form and mailing it to the address listed on the form.

 

Fees:
Fee categories are as follows:

 

  • Organizational Members. Free registration is provided to the first two representatives from each agency. Additional representatives are $25 each day, or $40 for both days.
  • Individual Members. Free registration is provided to individual members.
  • Non-Members. Non-member registration fees are $50 each day, or $90 for both days.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations received in writing by August 24, 2009 are subject to a $10 processing fee. After that date, substitutions will be allowed, but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee. To cancel your registration, please mail your written request to CSUS, CCE Conference & Training Services (see Participant Registration form).
