Travel

 

To promote equity of access and increased attendance at the Annual Meeting and Training Institute, CPEDV will offer a limited number of travel stipends for members in good standing traveling 100 or more miles. If you have questions about your membership dues status, please contact Camille Hayes at camille@cpedv.org.

Stipends will range from $200 - $300 depending on the number of requests we receive. If we receive more requests than our stipend budget allows, we will base our award decisions on regional representation and the cost to travel. Members renewing their
'09 -'10 membership by July 31, 2009 will be given priority for travel stipends. It is our goal to ensure that all regions are represented at the Annual Meeting.

 

If you would like to apply for a travel stipend, please email Jo Anna Davis at joanna@cpedv.org with your name, contact information, region and estimated travel cost with “Travel Stipend Request” in the subject line by July 31, 2009. Notification of Travel Stipend awards will be made no later than August 5, 2009.
