About the Summit
The California Summit for Safe Communities is a gathering of state and local stakeholders to discuss the challenges that communities face regarding the release and placement of high risk sex offenders and sexually violent predators. This event is an important opportunity to discuss your constituency’s issues and specific concerns and to participate in the development of collaborative solutions regarding high risk sex offender and sexually violent predator community re-entry. State and local partnership is essential for creating safer communities.
We are honored to have Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger as a luncheon speaker at this event.
Come be a part of California history—bringing together key stakeholders from cities and counties, local law enforcement, corrections and rehabilitation, mental health, social and prevention services, and victims organizations.
