The Sacramento region is burgeoning with high-tech industries that require an educated workforce in the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM). This summit will lay the foundation for building the best kindergarten-to-workforce STEM pipeline in California.

Summit Goals: The summit will provide an interactive forum where industry leaders, educators, community and local government can collaborate to:

 

  • Examine our current and future needs for a high-technology workforce.
  • Develop partnerships to fill the gaps in infrastructure, education and research that might impede our region from producing the best STEM pipeline for its workforce.
