About the Presenters

 

Landscape IPM—Phil Boise of Urban-Ag Ecology has been working with schools, parks, and farms on IPM issues for more than 30 years. He authored the Pesticide Hazard And Exposure Reduction (PHAER) Zone system; is the curriculum author and trainer for the Green Gardener Certification Program; directs GreenCare for Children and manages the Regional IPM Coalition.

 

Structural IPM—In 1979, Jeff Van Diepen founded Pestmaster Services, Inc., in Bishop, CA. This pest control company operates nation-wide through a network of company-owned and franchised locations. With operations in ten states, coast-to-coast, they are highly dedicated practitioners of IPM. Government services, as well as schools, are a niche for PSI.
