About the Presenters

 

Landscape IPM—Michael Baefsky is the owner of Baefsky & Associates, an Environmental Consulting firm located in the San Francisco Bay Area. Three major areas of emphasis of his company are Integrated Pest Management, Arboriculture, and Applied Soils Ecology. As a licensed Agricultural Pest Control Advisor and consulting Certified Arborist, he has been providing information services to cities, counties, the State of California, developers, builders, homeowners and others since 1985.

 

Structural IPM—In 1979, Jeff Van Diepen founded Pestmaster Services, Inc., in Bishop, California. This pest control company operates nation-wide through a network of company-owned and franchised locations. With operations in ten states, coast-to-coast, they are highly dedicated practitioners of IPM. Government services, as well as schools, are a niche for PSI.
