Sac State Student "Student Mentor"

Are you a Sac State student interested in making a difference?

Seeking an on- campus volunteer project?

Looking for an opportunity to let your leadership, team working, communication, and organization skills shine?

Or just want to share your Sac State pride?

We need fifty Sac State student volunteers to serve as "Mentors for the Day" for the Expanding Your Horizons conference on the Sacramento State Campus Saturday October 10th. Mentors will supervise and work closely with a group of 10 girls throughout the day as the participants engage in hands-on activities.

Join us on October 10th, as we empower young women to pursue education and careers in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM); foster awareness of opportunities in STEM-related careers; and connect students with women role models.
