| Notice of Exam Results (If on an eligibility list with the State Personnel Board (SPB) or other State Department) | |||
| A copy of your typing certificate (Only applies if the classification requires specific typing speed). To obtain a typing certificate, call the State Personnel Board at (916) 653-1502 |
If you are LEAP (Limited Examination and Appointment Program) Certified, please
bring the following with you:
| Notice of LEAP Readiness Evaluation Results (if applicable) | |||
| State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF) - Permanent and Stationary Report |
If you are not already LEAP Certified, certification will be available. You must
bring the following with you:
Official documentation of your disability (see some examples of acceptable documentation below)
