HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Room accommodations have been reserved at the Desert Springs JW Marriott at a conference rate of $84 for single/double/triple occupancy, plus applicable state and local taxes in effect at the time of check-in. Hotel check-in is at 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.

 

The reservation cut-off date is May 9, 2008. To reserve a room at the group rate, please contact the Desert Springs JW Marriott at (888) 538-9459 and request lodging under the California Governor’s Office of Homeland Security room block. Once the contracted room block is full, or the cut-off date of May 9, 2008 has passed, rooms may no longer be available at the group rate. HOTEL CHARGE

A daily hotel charge of $20 will be added onto your room rate. This charge includes self-parking, high speed internet, local calls, evening refresh, bottled water, and spa fitness center. At the time of check-in, you will have the opportunity to decline these amenities.

 

 

PARKING

TRANSPORTATION
SuperShuttle provides 24-hour transportation service to and from the Ontario International Airport at the current rate of $122 for the first person and $9 for each additional person (maximum of 7 people per shuttle). If you are traveling into the Palm Springs Airport, we recommend you take a taxi to the Desert Springs JW Marriott. The estimated taxi fare is $45 one way.

 

 

EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Exhibitor registration includes a 6’ skirted display table, chair, and ID sign. Also included in the exhibitor registration fee are continental breakfasts, lunches, and refreshment breaks on May 28-30; a reception on May 29; and all conference materials. Exhibit space is limited and will be reserved upon receipt of payment. Additional exhibitors must register as conference participants.
