The Office of Traffic Safety (OTS), Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and the California Highway Patrol would like to invite two representatives from your agency to attend a one-day traffic safety conference, Innovations in California Traffic Safety. At this event, presentations will be given in the areas of occupant protection, driving under the influence, speed enforcement, and enforcing underage drinking.

 

During the conference, the winners of the 2006 California Law Enforcement Challenge (CLEC) will be recognized and presented with their awards. If your agency has an OTS grant, travel expenses should be covered from the grant. If your agency does not have a grant that includes travel, your expenses will be paid for by the CLEC.

 

Please join us on September 14, 2007, as over 35 departments gather to discuss how we can better keep the citizens of California safe. Registration and a Continental Breakfast are from 8:00 - 9:00 a.m.
