CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be received in writing by April 6, 2008, and are subject to a $25 fee. After that date, substitutions are allowed, but no refunds will be made. No-shows will be billed the full registration fee.

 

POST Certified Illegal Street Racing Training

Wednesday, April 30, 2008: 

This course is designed to provide instruction to officers in identifying modified smog devices in vehicles and to refer vehicles with such devices to the Bureau of Automotive Repair for correction. This class will be a mix of both practical and classroom application. It will also demonstrate identification of stolen motor components.

 

This course is limited to 50 attendees - first come, first serve.

Registering for the PTS Seminar does not automatically register you for the Illegal Street Racing Training Course.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
The Anaheim Marriott is offering a discounted group rate of $110 per night plus tax until April 6, 2008.

To receive the discounted group rate, mention that you are attending the Police Traffic Services Seminar. After April 6, 2008, overnight accommodations are based on availability at the prevailing rate. OTS will not reimburse grantees above the negotiated room rate of $110.

PARKING
Parking at the Anaheim Marriott is $20 per day for Self Parking.

TRANSPORTATION
Airport Transportation:  We recommend using Super Shuttle for transportation to and from your arriving airport to the Marriott Anaheim.

Taxi service from Orange County/John Wayne is approximately $35.00 (one way).

 

Rental Cars:  Rental cars to and from your arriving airport will not be reimbursed by OTS.
