The California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) is proud to present the 17th Traffic Safety Summit. The Summit marks the 40th anniversary for OTS, and will set the stage for a stellar year of traffic safety accomplishments!

 

The Summit provides traffic safety professionals and advocates with innovative, results-oriented solutions to help save lives and reduce injuries and economic losses resulting from motor vehicle crashes. It is a forum to discuss traffic safety trends and developing issues; explore new programs and campaigns; highlight new products and technologies; and network with traffic safety professionals in the field.

 

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

 

Traffic safety professionals from a variety of backgrounds including law enforcement, engineering and health care. The California Office of Traffic Safety (OTS) created the Summit to provide a forum in which traffic safety professionals can gain insight on the future trends in traffic safety, growing issues, program ideas and solutions.

 

SUMMIT HIGHLIGHTS

 

Back by popular demand and in celebration of OTS’s 40th Anniversary, OTS has already confirmed past speakers including Gordon Graham, Dr. Lawrence Blum, Clay Roberts, and Bill Cavenaugh. Additional workshops will focus on topics such as DUI Enforcement, Trends in Crash Data, DUI Prosecution, Child Passenger Safety, Media, Underage Drinking, Innovative Programs to Watch, and Bike and Pedestrian programs.
