To receive the discounted group rate, mention that you are attending the Traffic Safety Summit. Overnight accommodations are based on availability – OTS will not reimburse grantees above the discounted group rate of $140.
IMPORTANT! Making your overnight accommodations at the San Francisco Marriott does not register you for the Summit. You must complete the attached Participant Registration Form.
Check-in at the San Francisco Marriott is 4:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm.
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Super Shuttle provides service to and from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports for approximately $17 per person, each way. For reservations call (800) 258-3826 or book online at www.supershuttle.com.
Taxis are available to and from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports for approximately $40 - $60 each way.
BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) offers service to and from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports for approximately $4 – $6 each way. The Powell Street Station is the closest stop for the San Francisco Marriott and is approximately 1 ½ blocks from the hotel.
Rental cars to and from San Francisco and Oakland International Airports will not be reimbursed by OTS.
OTHER TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS
San Francisco Union Square Amtrak Station is located at 835 Market Street and is approximately 1 ½ blocks from the hotel.
San Francisco Greyhound Station is located at 425 Mission Street and is approximately 7 blocks from the hotel.
PARKING
The Fifth & Mission Parking Garage is located diagonally across from the San Francisco Marriott on Mission Street between 4th and 5th Streets. Parking is $30 per day and there are no in and out privileges available.
On-site parking at the San Francisco Marriott is $62 per day.
OTS will only reimburse parking fees up to $30 per day.
