TRAINING OVERVIEW/GOALS

The purpose of Recruitment Trainings 2008 is to provide recruiters with necessary tools and a framework of activities to ensure successful recruiting efforts. A Recruitment Tool Kit will be available to all recruiters upon check-in at their selected training.

 

Recruiters will learn how to assist candidates in understanding the employment process and answer any questions interested candidates may have.
