Talent Show
You are invited to be our entertainment on Friday evening at the Talent Show. It is very easy to participate! All you have to do is come prepared and bring the necessary props that you need. You can show off whatever talent you wish, but remember all performances should be done in good taste and sensitive to the spirit of the Teen Forum. Please note that time has been scheduled in the agenda for all performers to practice.
What to Bring
The dress for the Teen Forum will be casual. You should bring comfortable shoes for walking around campus and clothing for warm temperatures and mostly sunny conditions. Bed linens, a towel, washcloth, pillow and blanket will be provided. You will want to bring personal toiletries (soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc...).
Forum Ground Rules
- No use or possession of drugs or alcohol.
- Adult sponsors are responsible for the youth they bring AT ALL TIMES!
- Curfew is 11:00 p.m. All youth and adults should be in their rooms.
How to Get There
If you are traveling by air, you can fly into the Ontario International Airport. It is a 15-20 minute drive to the campus depending on traffic conditions.
Transportation from the Airport:
You can rent a car to get from the airport to the campus. In addition, Super Shuttle provides transportation from the airport to the campus. The one-way shuttle trip cost is approximately $26 per person from the Ontario Airport. Reservations are recommended and can be made on-line (supershuttle.com).

Lost Key and Meal Card Charges
A $65 charge will be assessed for any lost or damaged meal cards or keys. Each county will be invoiced within 30 days of the Forum.

How to Register
Deadline for registration: Friday, May 30, 2008 at 5:00 p.m.
A registration form must be completed for each person attending and submitted by the registration deadline. Due to Cal Poly Pomona University policies, no registrants can be accepted after the deadline of May 30, 2008. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis as limited space is available. County representatives are responsible for registering their youth participants. No more than four youth to one adult sponsor. All adult sponsors are completely responsible for the supervision of their youth AT ALL TIMES.
