William (Bill) Teeple

Profile

William (Bill) Teeple joined Sacramento State in 2001, developing courses and  teaching  in the Contract Management program, Project Management program, and Caltrans programs at the College of Continuing Education.  He is a business advisor and consultant for the Sacramento Metro Chamber Small Business Development Center (SBDC).  

Before joining the SBDC, Bill was a senior counselor, course developer, and instructor for The Federal Technology Center.   He retired from Federal Service as a senior manager in 2001 with 31 years of service and vast experience in supervision, business management, contract management, program and project management, logistics and supply chain management, quality and process improvements, and safety. 

Bill is certified as an Acquisition Professional Development Program Level 3 in Contracting and Professional Designation in Contracting (AFIT/NCMA). He was recognized as the nominee for the Secretary of AF-Professionalism in Contracting, Outstanding Operational Contracting Division, and Total Quality Contracting - Outstanding Manager.
