This program is designed to provide the fundamentals of Project Management and how they are applied to the development of capital projects at Caltrans.

It will address the necessary skills to enhance effectiveness through the processes of organizing, planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling a variety of tasks.

The Project Management Certificate Program is largely based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI) body of knowledge and the courses include both a theoretical and practical problem solving approach to project management.
