If you have questions remaining after reading the provided documentation, additional help can be obtained two ways:

  • By Phone:
    We can be reached by phone at (916) 278-2740, Monday through Friday, during regular business hours. If you leave a message with the Help Desk voice mailbox, we will respond within three hours.
  • By Email:
    Send an email to Your e-mail inquiry will be addressed within 24 hours of receipt during regular business hours (Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.).

Questions pertaining to course content and schedule should be directed to your instructor. The instructor's e-mail address is listed in the syllabus of each course.
