Certificate Program

Overview

The Project Management certificate program is currently on hiatus and there are no class offerings at this time. Please check back for future updates.

Organizational alignment is dependent on project managers demonstrating strategic skills in allocating tasks, time and resources to effectively deliver projects on time and within budget. This certificate program is designed for project managers and people aspiring to be project managers to develop a disciplined approach to projects. You will develop the key skills and competencies outlined by PMI in the talent triangle. At the end of the program, you will have the skills, tools and confidence to successfully lead and manage projects within your organization.

The program presents both a theoretical and practical applications approach to project management in alignment with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
