to Enroll in a Course 1.

and Fax-In, fill out the appropriate forms below (instructions
included).
4. Online. Look for "Register Online" on the course selection page.
Complete
the Registration Form
Determine the class(es)
you wish to enroll in. Check the "units" category. This indicates
whether a class offers non-credit, academic credit, or CEUs.
Fill out the appropriate form below, then print it out and send
it in:
* Registration
forms require Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Be sure to include your
social security number when registering. It is used ONLY to verify
identity. If your social security number is not included, there
may be a delay in processing your registration.
Write
a Check or Money Order
Please send a check (or
money order) for the classes you are registering for and make your
payment payable to CSUS.
Sacramento State Alumni
Discount: All Sacramento State alumni with a current alumni membership
card are eligible for a 15% discount on individual and certificate
program non-credit and CEU courses. (Not included in this offer
are discounts on the executive program, travel study, crime and
intelligence analysis, computer training, test prep classes, and
the academic courses.)
Use
Your Visa, MasterCard or Discover Credit Card
You can use your credit
card 3 ways:
- PHONE
IN your registration and charge over the phone,
- MAIL
IN your registration form with your credit card number included,
or . . .
- FAX
IN your registration form with your credit card number included.
Receipt
Once we receive your completed registration
form and corresponding fees, we process your registration and mail
a receipt to you within three weeks. Your registration is not complete
until you have paid your fees. Without complete registration, you
are not permitted to remain in class unless attendance is approved
in advance by the Dean of the College of Continuing Education.
Regarding schedule changes,
Continuing Education reserves the right to discontinue, postpone
or combine classes, and to change instructors; however, every effort
is made to accommodate your academic needs.

Adding & Dropping
Academic Credit Courses
Registering
& Adding a Credit Course
If you wish to register
for a course bearing ACADEMIC CREDIT, fill in the credit registration
form and follow the steps under How to Enroll.
Registration and fee payment of classes bearing academic credit
must be completed on or before the course registration date as shown
on the chart below. *Failure to comply with
the deadlines will result in the assessment of a $25 late fee.
Dropping
from Credit Courses
The College of Continuing
Education Records office is the office that processes credit registration.
If you want to drop a credit course, you are required to notify
the Continuing Education Records Office by completing a drop form
on or before the specified deadlines listed in the chart below.

*Failure
to comply with the deadlines will result in the assessment of a

**Failure
to notify the Continuing Education Records Office and to complete
a drop form is considered an unauthorized withdrawal resulting in
a (U) grade.
After the above deadlines, drops will not
be processed except for verified medical or emergency situations.
Written verification of illness or accident MUST accompany your
