Marketing team tops national awards
College takes home 7 awards, including Best in Show
The University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) held its annual Marketing and Enrollment Services conference in Denver, CO this November. The conference’s annual award competition honors the top marketing and creative work among continuing education units nationwide.
At the awards luncheon, UPCEA recognized Sac State and the College of Continuing Education for our outstanding work. Our team took home seven (7) marketing awards including Best in Division and Best in Show! These awards designate the work of CCE’s Marketing Communications team as the best among continuing and professional education units in 2015.
In addition to the two trophies, CCE received award certificates in the following categories:
- Mixed Media Campaign: “Hornet Heartsaver 2015″
- Miscellaneous Print Piece: “Plantable Holiday Card, December 2014.”
- Brochure/Booklet: “Strategic Plan 2012-2015.”
- Annual/Anniversary Report/Magazine: “Access Magazine: Strategic Report 2012-2014.”
- Single Ad: “Sac State in Placer.”
These awards touch every aspect of our Marketing Communications team — from strategy and content creation, to design and distribution. Our marketing team previously won a silver award from UPCEA for their 2013 print calendar, bringing their total award count to eight (8).
We are so proud of their accomplishments, not just with these campaigns but their commitment to excellence each and every day. These efforts enhance CCE’s reputation with the public, while supporting our strategic goal of promoting a strong identity and brand.
